One Among Many

I am a sinner, a lover, a worshipper…
A dream I could be…
The ideas I am meant to see…
All in due time exist or cease…

I trust and wait…
I pray to pray and work hard everyday…
One day adds to another…
Till I fulfill my journey in life…

One day my sun will set…
Till then, I pray I can try my best…
I try and leave out the rest…
What’s meant to be will be…

I just do what I can,
With as much love as I am blessed to have and,
Trust it’ll fall into place and,
Hope I’ll maybe leave a trace…

My dear, I am a worshipper, a lover and a sinner…
A believer it’ll all be okay…
May Allah bestow the blessings of patience, love, and fear to guide you and me…

I hope we’d meet in Jannah one day if we’re not going out today…
